Under the motto "Digitally networked", IFH/Intherm opened its doors in Nuremberg from 10 to 13 April. From project planning over order processing through to smarter customer care – digitisation is also playing an increasingly key role in the HVAC sector. Drainage specialist Dallmer is focussed on this hot topic and can be found in Hall 7A, Stand 207. At its generous 100 m² stand, the company will be presenting indoor product solutions.

At the forefront of this is the DallFlex system family. By further developing the DallFlex drain body, Dallmer has successfully separated the drain body from the shower channel, a market innovation that offers many advantages for level-access showers – including maximum flexibility and ease of cleaning. DallFlex is DIN 18534-compliant and compatible with no fewer than seven different Dallmer shower channels.

In order to offer installation engineers the biggest possible choice of products for the drainage of level-access showers, Dallmer has designed the product innovation CeraFlex. The drain body is based on the proven DallFlex system and is also compatible with the Dallmer shower channels CeraFloor, CeraWall, Zentrix and CeraNiveau. With its three-sided cast steel mesh reinforcement, the polymer concrete collar ensures stability and secure installation in the screed. The removable trap insert, which also prevents sewer gases entering the room, ensures easy cleaning.

Thanks to the click-on sealing sleeve, the system is not only certified acc. to DIN 1253 but is also DIN 18534-compliant. Pre-assembled edge insulation strips, temporary blanking plates and four threaded bolts that absorb sound through the rubber feet serve to fix the installation position and height. The drainage rate of the standard version is 0.8 l/s.
