The location is unique, the security strict, prices eyebrow-raising: according to press reports, One Hyde Park is currently the most expensive private address in the world. Overlooking Hyde Park are four residential towers, 10 to 14 stories high and connected with glass stairways and elevator shafts. Inside are 86 luxury apartments, four penthouses, parking, cinema, spa and wellness centre and an underground link to the adjacent 5-star hotel "The Mandarin". The apartments are offered for 6.4 million EUR, the most expensive penthouse sold for more than 160 million EUR. London residences for super-rich owners from 22 nations and counting.

Luxurious homes have luxurious bathrooms and wetroom areas for showering are standard at One Hyde Park. Integrated in them are CeraLine shower channels by Dallmer.
